Nature and Us explores the growing disconnection between humans and the natural world, and how this distance affects both our well-being and the planet itself. Rather than taking a moralizing or alarming tone, the publication approaches the subject with simplicity and lightness, focusing on the personal benefits of reconnecting with nature — inner peace, balance, and vitality.
Divided into four parts, the book moves from awareness to action: defining our broken relationship with nature, understanding its impact on our mental health, and proposing concrete ways to rebuild this connection in everyday life.
Every design choice — from the unbound pages to the raw sketch paper — reflects the essence of nature itself: free, imperfect, and alive. The absence of a cover, the textured paper, and the fluid layout create a sensory experience that invites readers to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the natural world around them.

Nature and Us explore la déconnexion croissante entre les êtres humains et la nature, ainsi que les répercussions de cette distance sur notre bien-être et sur l’environnement. Plutôt que d’adopter un ton moralisateur ou alarmiste, la publication aborde le sujet avec simplicité et légèreté, en mettant de l’avant les bienfaits personnels d’une reconnexion avec la nature — paix intérieure, équilibre et vitalité.
Divisé en quatre parties, le livre guide le·la lecteur·rice de la prise de conscience à l’action : il définit notre relation rompue avec la nature, explique son influence sur notre santé mentale et propose des gestes concrets pour retisser ce lien au quotidien.
Chaque choix de conception — des pages non reliées au papier esquisse brut — traduit l’essence même de la nature : libre, imparfaite et vivante. L’absence de couverture, la texture du papier et la mise en page fluide offrent une expérience sensorielle qui invite à ralentir, respirer et redécouvrir le monde naturel qui nous entoure.
